My dear can you try to go and find out from the ppl you applied the scholarship from... Im just saying this coz i dont think the ppl from this web have answers to that, even if they have, i dont think it will reliable info..
Try to look for their number in the Telephone directory and call them or even walk down there if you are nearby. I think they will tell you the good answer since its your right as an applicant to know the status of your application.
