Go to the mtc website. Click on Products and services . Then on the horizontal navigation bars of that page there is a navigator called connected, click on it then provide all the information which are asked. Fill in the form and read all the instructions well . Then just go to mtc with your student card and an id. If you are below 21 years go with a guardian.
