With my poor knowledge about Namibian railway system i wanna make an effort to
point out some factors contributing to train accidents in Namibia
we have antiquated rail tracks even though they were built within the 21st century
we don't have good transport inspectors, we have bad trains, and we have bad
mechanical engineers and technicians, that's why our trains overturns every time
who ever the project managers for those constructions were , they need to go back to school
a rail track with some stones or coarse on it and a small elevated surface
just by looking at the picture i can see the tracks are not even evenly spaced
