compatriots
I fail to understand when women complains that they are being sidelined when it is coming to leadership positions in our country. in my opinions women have the advantages over men. i am saying this because , if you look at most political parties, (if not all), there are women wings( women councils) of which only women can be members, while there are no men councils!!!!! now the million question is how come men are dominating our politics, and why women are asking to be empowered? who will empower them if not themselves? i think women perhaps do not know how to play the political game, the sooner they realise the importance of the women councils the better, they must use they respective councils to outdo men instead of crying and waiting for men to empower them!!! thats just my opinions, what is yours!!!
