This is the corporation which was set up in the early 2006 by the two young minds in Windhoek. "Namibia is a developing country, and we are not even at the verge of becoming a developed country", said one of the core founder Mr John Shangheta during the brainstorming of the company. Based on the profound fact above, the need have been then indentified for proper town planning as well constructions and Winsome Constructions was found.

Winsome Constructions believe that all the structures that we see everywhere, in small or big cities, in villages or suburbs all started with an idea. We also believe that it is Draughting that convert these dreams into drawings or pictures from which our good artisans erect a particular structure.
Winsome Constructions therefore highly value the capability to unmistakably and perfectly express an idea in this profession because this is where the work of the good tradesman depend on: “ to transform a picture in a physical structure”. It is for that reason that we at Winsome Constructions see it also vital to work very closely with the other important players in project developments such as Engineers, Estimators, Buyers, as well as the controllers who make sure that the concepts are transformed into drawings up to quality control level of applicable standards and procedures in the projects developments industry.
We are highly technological advanced, working with latest programs (Computer Aided Draughting) in the markets to ensure accuracy and faster delivery to the customers while maintaining our publicly known reputation of quality products. This of course does not exclude our early trusted traditional manual faster completion of the drawing works as started back in the 2006 and the differences between these two are unnoticeable.
